[Wing] Regulatory Matters

Thanks to the excellent work of Terry Elgood, I've been able to add a new
section to the Western Canada Wing web site that covers important regulatory
matters.  The section is named, not coincidentally, Regulatory Matters, and is
listed in the web site index.  You can navigate directly there by going to:

In this section you'll find four documents of use to RV builders that Terry has
prepared.
