Mount the longerons in place starting at the fire wall, mount all the
bulk heads in place and the side skins. Then cut them to the proper
length at the tail end at the end of the last bulk head flange. This can
all be done after the skins are clecoed in place. Don't be in a big
hurry to cut them till all of the fuseage has been fitted together.
