[Wing] fuselage jig

Just laid out the fuse jig, leveled, centered, bent
the longerons, attached the firewall F601 and the aft
F612 bulkhead.  The Longerons appear to be too long by
about 2 inches depending where they are supposed to
end at the F612 (end of the first flange or end of the
airplane).
What is the best order of progress at this point? Fit
the F604 to F611 bulkheads and then cut the Longerons
or set the longerons at a specified distance from the
center line and then hope the bulkheads fit in the
opening at that station?
