[Wing] Classifieds on Wing Web Site

Wing Members:

I have reactivated the feature on the Western Canada Wing web site that allows
you to post your own ads.  I had previously disabled it because we were getting
a lot of spam.  The revised software now notifies me when an ad is submitted,
so that I can inspect it and -- if it's spam -- reject it before it appears on
the web site.
