[Wing] Attachments to Wing Emails

Wing Members:

Due to some improvements in the software for the Wing email list, it's now
possible to send attachments to the list.  You can send .jpg, .gif, or .pdf
attachments to wing at vansairforce.org.  The listserver blocks all other types of
attachments, thus preventing viruses from getting through.
