[Wing] Simultaneous Wing Building

Thanks very much to everyone who replied to my question about simultaneous wing
building.  It seems almost unanimous that it's the way to go.  As a bonus, it
looks like the thread of messages will result in a few builders in Calgary
getting to know each other!  What more could I ask for?
