[Wing] Starting a RV-7

I am beginning my project to build an RV-7 with sliding canopy, electric
flaps, elevator trim, and basic night VFR.
I live in Richmond BC and quite frankly don't have a clue, at this point
anyway, what I am doing. Have learned a great deal online and have
started to acquire some elementary tools. I know that I want to build
this aircraft however at this point I do not have the necessary skill to
do the job.
If there is anyone out there who needs to have someone hold the bucking
bar I would like to get some hands on training.
