[Wing] RV List Web Browsing Feature

Wing Members:

Now that Matronics has adopted the RV List Web Browsing feature
(http://www.matronics.com/listbrowse), I will remove the RV List In Basket
from our web site (it is essentially the same thing).  I encourage you to
try RV List Web Browsing; it's a very convenient way to read RV List
messages.  Also, it allows you to "lurk" the list without having to join and
receive messages by email.
